Scope and contact
This policy covers the public VishTech Soft website and its contact-enquiry flow. VishTech Soft operates the website under its public brand; privacy requests can be submitted through the contact page or support@vishtechsoft.com. Formal legal-entity and jurisdictional details are not stated on this website.
Information collected
The contact form collects enquiry type, name, work or business email, and requirement or message. It also offers optional company, expected project start, existing website or application address, and reference image. Each submission is recorded with its source IP address and submission time, and the email subject line is derived from the enquiry type rather than entered. The website also uses an essential session identifier, CSRF state, one-time submission metadata, Google reCAPTCHA verification data, and a locally stored theme preference.
How information is used
Information is used to validate and deliver enquiries, prevent abuse, respond to legitimate requests, maintain security, diagnose delivery failures, and operate the website. Message bodies are not intentionally written to application logs.
Legal bases
Depending on applicable law and the nature of an enquiry, processing may rely on steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in responding and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent where specifically requested.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses a strictly necessary session cookie and local storage for theme and cookie-preference records. Google Analytics 4 measures page views, and loads only for visitors who accept the analytics category; it is not loaded, and no measurement request is made, unless that consent is given. No advertising or marketing trackers are configured. Optional map content loads only after a visitor requests it.
Sharing and service providers
Enquiry data may be handled by the hosting, mail-delivery, security, backup, and infrastructure providers needed to operate the website. Optional maps are supplied by Google only when loaded. Provider details may be requested through the contact channel.
International transfers
Website and mail providers may process data in more than one country. The locations and safeguards that apply depend on the providers active when information is submitted.
Retention and deletion
A contact enquiry submitted through this website is stored as a record in the application database so the enquiry is not lost if mail delivery fails. That record is permanently deleted six months after it is submitted, automatically and without a request being needed. Deletion is measured in calendar months from the submission time, so an enquiry sent on 15 March is deleted on or after 15 September.
A reference image is never written to the application database: it is used to compose the enquiry email and then discarded, so no attachment outlives the enquiry record. The recorded source IP address is shortened before it is stored, so it identifies a network range rather than a device.
The enquiry notification delivered to the VishTech Soft contact mailbox is retained for six months from the submission date, the same window that applies to the application database record, and is then deleted. The notification contains no source IP address.
Copies held by transactional mail systems, security systems, backups, and provider logs remain governed by the documented retention rules of each active system. No single retention period applies across every provider and backup.

Security
Controls include TLS expectations, server-side validation, CSRF protection, CAPTCHA, honeypot checks, throttling, one-time submission tokens, escaped output, and restricted logging. No security control eliminates all risk.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or consent withdrawal. Identity and applicable-law verification may be required before action.
Children
The website and services are directed to organizations and professional users, not children. Do not submit information about children through the contact form.
